The verification process makes it possible to identify the account owner and to securise all transactions. It is handled by our payment service provider and becomes mandatory once you achieve a certain amount in collected Tips.
You may start the verification process at any time, but your documents will only be analysed once you have reached the levels that require a verification. Nonetheless, our payment service provider may require you to verify your account at any time, even if you have not reached said donation levels.
Starting from when the verification is required, you have 72 days to submit the necessary documents.
All bank transfers are blocked until you complete the verification process.
If you don’t proceed to verify your account within this timeframe, you will no longer be able to benefit from the bank transfers, and the donations you have collected will be refunded.
