🔴 Why does my account show "review in progress"?
This means our moderators are currently checking your TipeeeStream account.
Don't worry: this process is applicable to all users of the platform, and simply allows us to verify that they are not violating our Terms of Service, and that they are using TipeeeStream only for their Streaming activity.
During this moderation period, your bank transfers are temporarily suspended and will resume automatically once the verification is completed.
🔴 How long does it take?
1 or 2 business days maximum.
Our team makes every effort to ensure that your account is verified as quickly as possible.
🔴 Why hasn't my transfer been made?
If your last transfer could not be made and your account does not show any banking errors, it probably means that your account was awaiting verification.
Your transfers will resume automatically on the following Monday.
